Returns  and Exchange

Return & Exchange due to (size and style issues) can be done within 15 days from the date of delivery for all online orders. Tags should be intact and product should be unused.

No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.

Damaged Product

Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. ‘Damage’ does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.

Cancellation of Product

We can initiate a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days. However, the refund will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 60 paid by the customer at the time of placing the order.

REVERSE PICKUP – SHIPPING COSTS

Costs of shipping are borne by the Company only for the first exchange request. Subsequent exchange requests do not carry any such adjustment.
In case there are multiple exchanges, customer has to bear the subsequent costs of reverse pick and delivery i.e INR 200 )
“Multiple exchanges” refers to multiple requests for exchange of product(s) (even if the products were purchased in one single order).

Face Masks

For hygiene reasons, face masks are non-returnable.
